2663 Ocean Front Walk is located on the boardwalk in the heart of South Mission Beach at the end of Asbury Court, a very green and lush court and one of the best areas of the beach.  This second story single level luxury unit features designer furnishings, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops – travertine flooring, a full line of GE Profile appliances, a full ocean view deck, floor-to-ceiling view windows/ patio doors, dining seating for 7 plus bar seating for 3, a double fireplace between the living room and master, 56" cable HD TV, DVD, PS3 game system, CD player, high speed internet access. Every room is custom decorated. This is one beautiful home.

King Size bed in the Master, Queen Size beds in the second and third bedrooms, 2 Twin Size beds in the fourth bedroom. Two bedrooms have a private bath and 2 share a Jack ‘n Jill bathroom and a half-bath powder room off the great room. We have a pac’n play for an infant and airbeds for juniors. There is a 2-car garage, an elevator, and so important, a gas BBQ on a ground floor patio just 12 feet from the boardwalk and with a full view of the beach and ocean.
